Cancellations & No-shows
Vixen & Beard has a strict cancellation and no-show policy. We require a card on file or a deposit when booking an appointment. As a courtesy to our barbers and waitlisted customers we require a 1 hour advance notice of cancellations. We understand that life is hectic, and that mix-ups and emergencies happen. We request that where possible, you show both our service professionals and other clients the same courtesies you’d expect for your appointment. You can notify us of a cancellation or rebook your appointment through our Vagaro booking page. Missed appointments in where client no shows without canceling or rescheduling will result in the loss of their deposit.
