SHIPPING POLICY

We try our hardest to fulfill order within 24 hours of placement. Orders received on weekends, holidays, or after 3pm PT will be shipped the next business day. Please note our shipping time may vary during high volume periods.

Yes we do (some exclusions apply). Please Note: International customers are responsible for all duties, custom fees, and taxes on orders.

Most orders arrive between 2-5 days. Please allow 1-2 days for processing.

Please confirm with tracking number for available arrival date. If package is missing please send us know at info@vixenandbeard.com and we will try our best to located the package. Please Note: We are not responsible for loss of goods if an incorrect address has been entered at checkout.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If for any reason you would like to return an item you've purchased let us know at info@vixenandbeard.com

All items must be sent back to Vixen & Beard within 14 days of your order date. All returns and exchanges on grooming products must be unopened and unused. All other clothing must be free of wear, stains, other condition that would prevent the item from being sold as new. Items that do not meet these requirements will be returned to the address without a refund or exchange. All items on sale are non refundable.

We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to attach.

Depending on bank it can take 3-5 days once we have initiated the refund. Amount will be refunded to original form of payment.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

We can do our best to change orders before they ship. Please email info@vixenandbebeard.com. We are unable to make changes on an order once it has shipped.
